This morning, I made a “green monster” smoothie. So energizing and healthy compared to Starbucks…!
1.5 cups almond milk
2 handfuls of spinach
5 cubes of ice
one scoop vanilla protein powder
1 banana (you can freeze the banana if you want a thicker smoothie)
sip and head out the door!
